This blond ale is the sweetness of our summer. The wind in the barley. The singsong of the gully. Hops: Calypso Malts: Québec pâle, Caux-Laflamme, blé malté Caux-Laflamme

Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a slight warm cap, good stay and some solid thick foamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with the Calypso hops that give out apple and pear hints. Some of the wheat also gives out banana notes. The taste shows the clean malts with a decent dry end. This helps going down. A decent refreshing blonde ale.
