A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with blue muscat and riesling grapes. The blue muscat grapes were sourced from the vineyards of the nearby winery, Hoenshof. The riesling grapes were harvested in the Mosel region, just across the border in Germany. Bottle thanks for sharing DraftWhisperer85: Poured a ruby red with bubble head. Aroma is funky, vineous, berry, oaky. Taste was funky fruit, oak woodsy, tart grape.
