This beer was conceived in September 2015 by blending 1 and 2 year old lambic with pomace of regent and pinot noir grapes from the nearby winery Hoenshof. After maceration, this beer was aged in freshly emptied pinot noir barrels until September 2016, when the beer was divided over 2 different barrels.
