Barley, semolina, fine hops and water are the ingrediënts for the lager wort. This wort, Bockor-specific, gets semened with an typical brewery low yiest. After the yiest period of approximately ten days, where the typical flavour package of our lager is determined, the young beer is cooled down to 0°C and gets it through a maturization of 3 weeks. By a double filtration, Bockor gets its golden colour and its clearness. Bockor has a nice foam head when the beer is poured professionally in a clean, degreased glass. The smell has a nice touch of hops and a subtle bitterness.

Clear light yellow with small white foam head. Aroma and taste are of mass produced lager, nothing else. Good drinking as it was bit warm that day. (Ieper 201407)

Draught. Pale golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Grainy egg vegetable mix with some hints of yeast in the aroma. Flavour is saltwater, malts, grain and cooked vegetables.

Very good pilsener. Light yellow color, a little sour aroma, pleasant bitter-fruity flavor and soft aftertaste. It has unique grapefruit taste. Very plesantly drinkable beer. Not similar to hundreds of pilseners all over the world, on the contrary - very singular, exclusive beer.
