Pours a nice clear golden with a thick and fine bubbled eggshell head that leaves traces of lacing. Aroma is not strong, but promises with fruity and malty notes. Flavor is quite fruity, almost like a hard cider but with a malty underpinning and some fizz to let you know this here’s a beer. A note of sweetness nicely balances the sour apple tone. Texture is firm and fizzy, leaving a sour apple finish. Feel da funk!
