Creamy, robust, Irish style dry stout, full of flavors from deep-roasted barley malts. The slight hint of chocolate is born of the meticulous marriage of malts and hops. Originating in Ireland, and now brewed here in Texas, this is a beer for those who desire a big taste.

Drawn a deep brown - close to balck - but not quite. Thin head on the sample. Medium to thin in the mouth, but super flavor. Not a BIG stout, but quite tasty and drinkable none-the-less.

dance, dance, everyone look at your pants .. quite a roasty toasty stout .. run by ants .. . great mouthfeel, in and out .. . way to drinkable and clean like a bakers .. darn good stuff .. ha! that's for quakers!
