Blowing Rock Summer Ale is brewed in style of a Belgian White, or Witbier.Typical of the style, the product is fermented with a Belgian "wit" yeaststrain. This hazy ale is characterized by a grain bill of pale malts andwhite wheat. The kettle hopping is signature Czech Saaz, and late kettleadditions of orange peel and coriander spice further accentuate this highlyenjoyable summer ale.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Pours a hazy golden yellow with a decent white head. Aroma has light lemon and pepper essence. Mouthfeel is light and round. Flavor is watery but with a bit of a spicy carbonated bite. Very light, probably a lot better on a hot day!
