We put our heads together with the lovely folks at Mellon Brasserie to find a way to take a lager “over the tap” while providing the classic flavour profile we all cherish. We decided to make a triple decoction with the finest floor malted pilsner and cold steep our roasted malts, creating notes of biscuit, toffee & subtle dark bread spices that complement the floral notes of the Saaz hops. Easy drinking and crispy is what we demand and we got it.
