A melding of minds with our (literal) family down at Bricksworth Beer Co. Second son Cooper flew the… coop (lol) and started up a brewpub serving Steel Pan, Detroit-Inspired Pizza & Wings in Burnsville. To honor the traditional midwest crust accoutrement, we made an appropriately slammable beer to match. An American Lager, light & crispy from rice additions and extended sleepy time lagering. Eat up.
