Beat The Heat Belgian Styled Wheat Beer is a thirst-quenching, light bodied farm house ale with complex earthy citrus notes. We combine orange zest, Saaz hops, and a touch of spice to create a refreshing beer that is best enjoyed chilled while relaxing in the summer sun.

An overall thin mouthfeel but lays thick on the roof of the mouth. Not bad. Typical, yet gets better the more you drink it; as it warms up, although it has a wee bit of as sour taste to it at first. Or realy, more like sour meets citrus. It doesn't really come across like either a wheat beer or a Saison, and yet in some way, a hybrid of the two.

Pours an average size frothy beige head and has a golden amber appearance. Lacing is ok, a bit patchy. Aromas of yeast, tropical fruit, spices. Flavours are mainly fruity, some notes of coriander, orange zest, yeast. Good retention. Nice smooth and slick mouthfeel. Fairly refreshing.
