This Belgian style wheat ale has a bouquet of thyme and coriander aromatics. On the palate it has a round wheat and lemon flavor with hints of thyme. It finishes dry and welcomes a second taste.

Sampled on 10/12/2012 at GABF. This witbier pours a hazy light yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, fruity and sweet. A medium to light bodied witbier. The malts are fruity, cereal and sweet. The hops are herbal. Nice carbonation. Crisp and clean, slightly citrusy. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
