12oz bottle pours deep clear gold with an off white head. The mild aroma offers up a light mix of citrus, pine and floral hops with a bit of malt sweetness in the background. The taste is similar where a style relevant pine to citrus hoppiness starts things off with a decent level of bitterness. To midway and into the finish it gets more floral hop like and then ends with a faint lime quality. Pretty nice Pale.

355ml can into pint glass. Pours a golden bronze with an enormous white head. Medium carbonation with tiny bubbles. Nose has cardboard, pepper, wood shavings, doughnuts, dark fruit, dark chocolate. There’s a lot going on. Quite light in texture with a cleansing taste. Finish is subtly bitter with a herbal/mint edge to it. Nice understated APA, easy drinking.

Kind of boring Pale Ale, no real hop aroma or taste.Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5
did he say bunches of punches? .. Can from Whip-in in Austin,TX .. . pours a deep gold .. light foam .. . great kick wonderboy .. . light sap, light light wood, and bicycles .. . a very tame pale, probably the tamest american pale out there but nothing bad in the can, just needs more oomph .. . . Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to stay on my toes.

This beer poured an orange color with a small white head. Smell of hops and citrus hits your nose, flavor is of hops and citrus and some malts at the end. Was hoping for more out of this beer.

Pours with a golden amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet and malty with a light bitter hoppy note. Light to medium bodied, smooth and a hint dry.

. Pours out in a shady pale amber colour with a small lasting frothy white head. Rather clean aroma of caramel with hints of orange-blossom, minerals, grass, mild cedar, lemon and resin. Medium-bodied with notes of lemon-zest, mild blonde grapefruit, Seville oranges and mild grass. Rather clean but sparkling mouthfeel. Long fresh hoppy medium-bitter finish of grapefruit-rind, oranges and minerals. Their IPA was excellent and this one is pretty darn good as well. Nor west coast, nor east style, it’s Big Sky Style; hoppy, elegant, fruity and slightly minerally.

A nice pale ale, amber body with a thick fizzy head that faded quickly, some lace left behind. Floral aroma and flavor with a bit of malt for balance. Overall it was decent enough.

This seemed to me to be a fairly average IPA. The hoppyness was mildly aggressive with the color and aroma being the high points. If I where going to volume, this would be the IPA to drink. Not as heavy as some, but it's not flavored water either.

a little hoppier, but even lighter in body and flavor than the powder hound. not for me...left me wanting more. moose drool is the only beer i've had from them (so far) that i'd buy again.
