their winter ale in 2010 was a weizenbock. one of the better offerings, though nothing was too far off from average. fairly full flavored, aroma of spicy wheat and roasted malt was well balanced, as was the flavor.

Dark mahogany brown in colour with a tremendous frothy tan head. The aroma is subdued but its quite malty. A very nice tasting beer,malty/chocolaty flavours envelope the tongue first, its quite creamy. Then an alcoholic bite which again is nice and a small burst of hops at the end. Long lingering bitter aftertaste. Very nice on the palte..creamy. Good drinker appeared to be quite strong though.
