Big Easy pours a cloudy deep amber body with minimal carbonation and a thin off white head. Aroma of raisins, and caramel malts. Flavor also had hints of alcohol, raisin and caramel malts but i deducted a point because the aftertaste was rather odd. Overall it was o.k. nice little kick to it, and its worth a try but I probably wouldnt purchase it again.

finally got to try another 'good' bottle... is very simialr to dixie in looks and smell, some bland tastes, but is quite refreshing! goes well with spicy creole food.. ...the one bottle i had was filled up to much and was fizzed the heck out, i hate big easy, they suck.....if i can find it on tap then i'll give it another chance but they need UP the quality control for godsakes!
