330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and unpasteurized hazy orange-brown coloured ale with a generous three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grainy and caramel malts, some yeast. The flavour is caramel malts, dried fruits, nuts and a point of spices, pepper. The mouthfeel is fizzy and round. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry solid malty finish. Overall a very pleasant ale from the banks of the Loire.
