    330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and unpasteurized hazy orange-brown coloured ale with a generous three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grainy and caramel malts, some yeast. The flavour is caramel malts, dried fruits, nuts and a point of spices, pepper. The mouthfeel is fizzy and round. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry solid malty finish. Overall a very pleasant ale from the banks of the Loire.

    Bottled. Amber colour with suff floating around. Small white head. Aroma is caramel, some grass, yeast and fruits. Flavour is spices, hops, yeast and some grassyness.
