Taps translucent caramel with a thin eggshell head. Aroma presents strong floral and herbal tones riding an undertone of toasted malt. Flavor continues the floral and herbal character, though the malt seems to get lost in the shuffle. Mouthfeel delivers OK body and fizz, and as well as a distinctive herbal/floral finish. Gruit for it!
