SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) The latest release in the series of beers that is brewed with only one malt and one hop to help discover the wonderful and unique flavours of each ingredient. For this iteration we brewed a 5% ABV ale with Bohemian Pilsner malt and Loral hops. This beer is a stunning light clear gold, when pouring, boasting a floral aroma with a subtle hint of grass. Crispy AF with a soft malty body and a smooth bitterness, this beer will leave you desperate for more. We suggest drinking in Steins to enjoy the full experience.

Thanks to Chopz for the bday gift! Pours an average size foamy white head that dissipates quickly to a thin coating, leaving behind some bubbly lacing. Has a clear pale golden appearance. Aromas of herbal and grassy hops and some notes of wheat and barley malt. Flavours are barley and cereal malts, wheats, some subtle yeasty hints. The hops are mostly grassy and piney. Very subtle citrus hints in the finish. Dry mouthfeel.

Can that pours a clean, light golden colour with a frothy white cap that stays around a while, leaving some foamy lacing. Spicy nose of hoppy pils eventually showing the way to mild cereal malts and grassiness. The Bohemian Pislner malt really show in the taste as the Loral hops stay quite calm. Very light peppery in the background with hints of grass. Nice to have a not overly-hopped up brew from BTP. A good easy-going Pilsner.
