This newest edition of Focus showcases two beautiful German ingredients, a new to us Pilsner malt and the fun to pronounce Hallertau Mittlefruh hop. You will be forgiven for not knowing the Hallertau Mittlefruh, but its qualities help make a very traditional tasting German brew. Expect a very floral, slightly herbal beer, best enjoyed in a Stein on the patio, or from the comfort of your own sofa.

Clean light-yellow colour with a nice creamy-frothy white head, good retention and leaving some thick foamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of hops that give out cilantro notes and other fresh grassy ones. The mouthfeel is crisp and has enough dryness to linger through. The taste shows decent bitterness over the malt base which is not too sweet. More grainy, cereal-like, Another nice Focus beer.
