Bottle share thanks to Metalchopz. Pours a massive frothy brownish head and has a dark amber appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Aromas of vanilla, peppers, cinnamon. Flavours are fairly spicy straight away, mixed well with dark roasted malts, cacao, cinnamon and chocolate but smoothes out the hot spicy notes of the scotch bonnet, which is quite spicy on its own but is well blended in this brew. After awhile it really does warm the palate and all the way down. Nice slick mouthfeel. Very spicy but not overly offensive. Very good overall and would definitely have again.

Dark brown colour, kind of black with hardly any copper fineline highlights. Beautiful creamy, frothy, very long lasting, mocha-coloured head with full creamy lacing. Roasted malts at first with chocolate notes and hints of vanilla. Then, the hot spices arrive showing a peppery side. The taste shows the roasted malts and mild cocoa at first, with the vanilla in the middle. Then, nice mild heat builds-up in the finish. The Scotch Bonnet Peppers do take a little more space in this one. A very nice Spicy Imperial Stout.
