Our unfiltered Kölsch has been lagering for 2 weeks and is tasting super fresh with pure grainy flavours along with a delicate bitterness. For this first batch we partially carbonated this one to recreate the ancestral Germans techniques. Once the Kölsch has reached the perfect taste make sure we will release it! Prost.

Pours a hazy light golden colour with a small white cap, average stay and some little lace. Smells a little hoppier for the style, but eventually the grainy German cereal notes come out. The flavours a definitely stronger in hops with the grain lingering in the finish. Some citrus notes, mild herbal hints, even burnt grain. Not sure for the style, as has more of an unfiltered American Pale Ale feel with parts of a Saison.
