Light-bodied ale which features a pale gold color. Its crisp, clean malt flavor makes this a perfect refreshing summer quaff. This German style ale is brewed with imported malt, hops, and an authentic Kolsch yeast strain.

Reviewed from memory, drunk during Hurricane Irene. Yeast and malt predominate in the nose. Very lager-like with a medium gold body and very nice white head with god retention and decent lace. Nice medium mouth with good carbonation level. Tastes like a softer version of Berkshire's Czech style pils even thought this is an ale, nice malt a bit nutty, some ripe fruit and a hint of hops citrus. A touch sweet in the middle with a dry finish. Another excellent beer from Berkshire.
