    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

750 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in an english tulip pint glass an unfiltered and hazy dark chesnut-brown, with reddish tones, coloured Irish Dark Ale with a one finger beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is a mix between the roasted malts and a pleasant fruity tartness with notes of smoke. The flavour is rich, robust toasted malts, caramel, dark fruits, raisins, plums, figs, juicy fruits, apples, citrus and notes of peat and smoke, at last late comingup dried fruits, almonds. The mouthfeel is round and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Irish Dark Ale has a sweety malty and sourish-tarty fruity finish. A really convincing Irish Dark Ale with a lot of flavours from a tiny brewery and production at the end of the end of the european world !
