Links: Sign Up to Participate:Welcome to our microbrewery. It is a small family enterprise run in conjonction with fellow publican Donal Kane from Tigh Uí Cathain in Ballyferriter. We are artisan brewers and have been brewing since 2008. Our hand crafted cask conditioned ale is brewed in very small batches from our own spring water using the best natural ingredients, malted barley, hops, yeast. We brew three ales named after local beaches : Cúl Dorcha ( Dark Corner ) a dark fruity ale, Beal Bán ( White Mouth ) a pale english style bitter and Carraig Dubh ( Black Rock ) a rich chocolate porter. Demand is high especially after our appearance on RTE's Nationwide programme ! So we are experimenting with bottling our beer to make it available to retaurants, pubs and shops and for you to take home and enjoy. We are exited about new enterprise and are continually refining our techniques.
