Ingrédients : Eau, Malts ( Malt Pilsen, Munich 15, blé ), Houblons ( Triskel, NZ Cascade; dry-hopping : Wakatu), Sucre, Levures.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an infiltered and almost opaque dark amber-chesnut coloured Blond Ale with a two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is sweety toasted malts, fruity, oranges, mandarins, citrus, notes of caramel , fruity hops, citrus. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, biscuits, notes of honey, fruity, mandarins, oranges and strong floral hops. The mouthfeel is quite fulled, thick, a bit sticky and strong hoppy bitter. The texture is a bit oily. This medium to full bodied Blonde Ale has a lingering floral hoppy bitter finish. With only a 5 % ABV,this Ale offered us a lot of fun. A flavorful discover from Alsace.
