This mixed fermentation ale was soured with 5-strain house blend of lactobacillus, and heavily dry-hopped with citra. The result is juicy, sour, and thirst-quenching. Lots of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and cedar hop aromas and flavours with very low bitterness.

The beer pours a hazed light gold colour with a long lasting half inch white head which leaves a lot of rocky lacing. The aroma is tart fruit with lots of grassy notes and citrus - almost a lemon danish aroma. Mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is quite tart, a definite puckering beer. Definitely taste a lot of lemon with the grass notes in the backgroud -

500ml brown bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazed golden colour with a fizzy off-white head that dissipates quickly leaving no lacing. Carbonation seems on the bigger bubble size, like pop. Very sour nose with the citrus notes in the background. The taste is quite sour as well with a dryer finish. The sourness is so intense, it is hard to get the citrus and other fruits. Still, not bad as in not so funky-earthy from the Brett, and not much yeast, tart lingering as some in the style. Sourness with some mild blended fruitiness.

Picked up a 500ml bottle from the brewpub. Pours a massive frothing white head that really does stick around long. Has a cloudy straw coloured, yellowish appearance. Great retention. Excessive carbonation. Aromas of lemon, grass, citrus. Flavours are acidic, citrusy, lemons. Subtle tropical fruit notes, hints of pineapple. Quite a bit of sourness. Nice puckering mouthfeel, not too overdone. A bit of an astringent finish. Pretty good.
