Bellweiser is our take on an ‘old world’ pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. We forego the dry-hop on this one to make room for lots of yeast-derived aromatics, with the resulting beer crossing off all the 'crisp', 'clean', and

Clean, light-golden colour with a bubbly white cap, not staying too long, but a few spots of foamy-lace are left. Straw malt aromas at first with lemon notes coming out. The mouthfeel has a little crispy action and dryness. Mild flavours with a tad cereal malts and maybe hints of corn, rice. A smooth Pilsner that is competing the world big ones, but being better ingredients.

Tall can from the brewery. Pours a huge frothing white head with thick soapy lace, has a clean and clear straw coloured appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas barley malt, grass, grainy and very light citrus hints. Flavours are mostly grainy malts and grassy hops, some subtle citrus and herbal notes afterwards. Nice crisp and dry mouthfeel.

The beer poured a translucent straw gold colour with a fluffy white head which lasted throughout and laced nicely. The aroma was grains, cereal, yeast, and musty hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, yeast, and a mildly bitter hop finish. An interesting take by a good brewery
