Ahh yet, just by luck of the chance, another brew that would be best served in summer as a refresher/lawn chair beer. Drinkable, as these types of beers usually are. Hey it's not Coors Light after all. Just nothing remarkable. Come a hot summer day, I would reach for this before most others.

Pours a clean amber colour with a warm cap that does not leave much lacing. Rye-like cereal grain aromas with the Belgian Ale yeast giving candy notes with some mild spices. The taste is pretty sweet at the start with fruity notes and really, lots of sweet malts. Hints of oranges lingers with very light darker grain. Not very Belgian except for the yeast in the smell and way too rich in the taste to be enjoyable.

Pours a fairly large foamy off-white head and has an amber coppery appearance. Dirty lacing. Aromas are fruity and tropical with a bit of yeasty notes. Flavours are mainly bready malts, yeast and lots of fruity notes. Some hints of cloves and bananas. Excessive carbonation. Smooth and silky mouthfeel. Pretty good.

If this is Tuesday, it must be Belgium. Sadly though, it's Monday and this beer is as Belgian as Kanye West. A murky golden rust colour with a weak light tan coloured head. The aroma is very grainy with citrus, yeast, and furniture polish in the mnix. It tastes like a weak alcoholic fruit drink. No yeast, no grains in the flavour.

First beer I've had from Bell City. First mouthful reminded me of a shandy. Tastes a little like a Belgium ale with the yeast and lemon but really this is just a little above your average swill. Sorry Bell City. Hope your other beers are better.

The beer pours a hazed golden orange with a rocky white head. The aroma is grains, honey, light fruits, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains, yeast, and a spicy flavour, with a salty finish. Quite good for an Ontario brewed Belgian ale but doesn't come close to an average Belgian ale.
