This light Ale has a tea sing sweetness of honey in the finish. A perfect beer for those who don¹t really like beer, but flavorful enough for those who do. Uses real Foothill honey in the recipe!

I was looking forward to cracking this open, as I had just recently got it fresh. Not sure how this was classified as a Blonde Ale, because it's really not, at least IMHO. Perhaps an amber? Anyways, the aroma really didn't smell like anything except a bit malty maybe. Appearance was a dark amber, two-finger head and clear. Flavor, like the aroma, was really nothing other than something that was just unpleasant. I don't really know what it was (perhaps the honey?) but it was a drainpour for me, and I don't dump too many. It wasn't that it was bad, it was just too.....bland and boring. I had too many other good beers to crack open.

Orange gold color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is honey, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied golden ale. Malts are sweet and fruity and there is a touch of honey in there as well. Hops are spicy and are quite evident. Kind of unusual in a golden ale. Light and refreshing, it definitely has a honey taste to it, but still has a hop bite. Nicely, if not slightly weirdly, balanced. Nice summer beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finished is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
