"In fermento veritas." Bière aux 10 épices (10 spices) BeerMania is not a brewery, the "Mea Culpa" (or Mea Maxima Culpa, the same in 75cl bottle - there is even Ultima Culpa, but that's an incredibly large artsy glass) is brewed upon Nassers' own recipe at a Belgian brewery. He declines sofar to tell which, untill he has all contracts signed and papers worked out...

Bottle, bought in Beer Mania in Brussels. Poured from the 750 ml corked bottle into the specific amazing created glass for it. A hazy deep gold colored ale whith a thick lasting white foamy head and nice lacing. The aromas are sweety malts, spices and acidic fruits ( pinapple, orange, citrus ). The flavors are lemon, spices ( coriander, ginger, licorice), yeasts with a doughlike character. The mouthfeel is fulled with the spices coming through stronger, a little sourness is also noticed. A long spicy refreshing aftertaste. A super ale. I simply like it !

Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head, lacing. Aroma is caramel malts, hops, some yeast and some very sour notes. Flacour is sour fruits, slightly cookieish, some malts and caramel. Quite sour, but a lot of cookies in it.
