Did we brew the beer for the pun, or the pun for the beer? We’ll never tell. Fawlty Sours is a new Berliner Weisse at 5.2% with basil and sourness at the forefront of every sip. Tangy, zesty and aromatic, this beer uses one hotel’s worth of fresh basil and lemon zest ending a spritzy, delicate beer, almost reminiscent of a cocktail. It pairs well with food, sunny days, and trips to Torquay.
