Hazy dark nutbrown colour, mediumsized daerk beige head. Aroma is banana, juniper. some caramel and some slight bittering notes. Flavour is juniper, caramel, some bitter & sourness. Also a lot of banana. Long junipery aftertaste. A quite dry Sahti. One of the more pleasant Sahti's I've had.
