Pours a huge foamy white head and has a fairly clear golden appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas are kind of malty but more wheaty with floral hops. Flavours of citrus and floral hops. Hints of oranges. A bit sour like notes. Sort of has a salty like finish that remains on the palate. Lively carbonation. Somewhat reminiscent of the Opa's Gose they did, but with that one, we could add a little extra sea salt. I think this one has the right amount in the mix.

The beer pours a hazed golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma was citrusy hops, grainy malts, and yeast. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was yeast, grains, and some fruit notes. -

New arrival at Pub Italia in the Abbey section. Pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white head that has good retention and great lacing. Big cereal nose with hints of coriander. Medium-light bodied. Fruity malt taste with notes of honey and spices. Mango is found in the aftertaste with some grain lingering. Quite a good light beer that is refreshing and still tasty with all of those nice organic ingredients.
