Pours a huge foamy white head and has a fairly clear golden appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas are kind of malty but more wheaty with floral hops. Flavours of citrus and floral hops. Hints of oranges. A bit sour like notes. Sort of has a salty like finish that remains on the palate. Lively carbonation. Somewhat reminiscent of the Opa's Gose they did, but with that one, we could add a little extra sea salt. I think this one has the right amount in the mix.

The beer pours a hazed golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma was citrusy hops, grainy malts, and yeast. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was yeast, grains, and some fruit notes.

New arrival at Pub Italia in the Abbey section. Pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white head that has good retention and great lacing. Big cereal nose with hints of coriander. Medium-light bodied. Fruity malt taste with notes of honey and spices. Mango is found in the aftertaste with some grain lingering. Quite a good light beer that is refreshing and still tasty with all of those nice organic ingredients.
