On avait tellement hâte de retrouver en canettes la schwarzbier brassée avec nos amis du Mutoïde ! Cette lager allemande noire traditionnelle est brassée avec une pointe de malts fumés pour un parfum alléchant et une complexité en bouche très agréable. La lagerisation sur près de 12 semaines donnent à cette bière un profil très clean, avec une carbonatation fine et une belle mousse épaisse.

Pours a fairly clean, dark brown colour with some copper-amber highlights. The head is warm light-beige, frothy, decent lasting and leaving some spots of soapy lacing. Aromas of mild smoked malts with the roasted barley light base. hints of coffee. Thinner mouthfeel with flavours of roasted malts, a tad smokiness. Some dark fruits, molasses lingers smoothly. A decent smoky, Schwarzbier that is well-brewed if you like these two styles.
