Une belle et douce petite lager pour se donner un peu de réconfort et parfaite en tout temps ! Une bière qui a patienté 3 mois en cuves pour sortir son profil "crisp" et une robe limpide à souhait ! La mousse épaisse dévoile les arômes des houblons Hallertau et Crystal en DH, aux caractéristiques florales, agrumes et herbacées. La balance avec les malts est belle et met en valeur chaque ingrédient, grâce au travail tout tranquille de la levure.

Clean, light-golden colour with minimal carbonation, but a white frothy-bubbly head that lasts a while and leaving some thick-foamy lacing. Spicy malt aromas with nice, fresh herbal notes. The taste shows the Pilsner spiciness malts with some decent grassy, dry finish. Lemon hints lingers. A good Italian Pilsner that goes down well.
