Un stout impérial qui combine l’intensité d’un expresso corsé avec la rondeur maltée d’une bière noire. Conditionné avec le café « Super Cat Blend » de Dums Coffee, qui présente des notes de chocolat, caramel et pacanes, cette édition est gourmande tout en conservant un bon « kick » de caféine.

Dark brown colour with a ruby highlight, a big warm-beige creamy head, good retention and nice web-cloud lacing. Coffee aromas blended with roasted malt and molasses notes. Good bitterness in the taste with the mix of coffee, roasted malt and hops to push this. Also getting some plums all over in here. Coffee, tart lingers on the tongue. A pretty good Coffee Imperial Stout that offers a touch more.
