Umami Ale: The final addition to the Alice’s Hands series is nothing short of wonderful. Keeping with the garden additions, chanterelle mushrooms were added to this ale for a unique umami mouthfeel. The beer is accompanied by a light perception of apricot - a sensory trip of confusion but also, maybe, curious delight. Three inches is such a wretched height to be. But good thing this can is a little taller. Take the caterpillar’s advice, follow the instructions to, “drink me!”

Pours clear topaz with a thick, frothy and lasting ivory head. Aroma gives dusty fresh malt, yeasty, woody hop and subtle fruity notes. Flavor presents piney hops, fresh malt, yeast, subtle fruity and herbal tones. Texture offers lively fizz and smooth, decent body. Sometimes caterpillars give good advice.
