Brewed for those who know...“A roasted barley aroma, a deep, dark colour and a smooth-yet-dry taste: all the hallmarks of an exquisite stout.”...and those who don’t. We brew Dark Hare using a blend of dark roasted malts and an old fashioned (and rather famous) English hop called Fuggles. These fine ingredients, together with our brewers’ skill and diligence, have made this an impressive and seriously smooth stout. Made with wheat and barley malt. 4.0% abv.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Deep amber colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, quite sweet hops and some mild coffeeish notes. Flavour is pleasantly burned malts mixed with some dark bready hints and coffee. Also mild vanilla and dark fruits.
