500 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear copper-brown coloured ale with a slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, grassy hops and notes of fruits. The flavour is moderate caramel malts, notes of honey and biscuits, mild grassy hops. The mouthfeel is creamy. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry sweety finish. An averaging ale.

Bottled (thanks the the craziest bartender around). Something between deep orangeish golden and amber colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is malts, some fruity and grassy hops as well as some grass and wood. Flavour is quite much the same, but the grassy and wooden notes are much stronger. almost non-existant carbonation, so either there has been a slight cap leak, or then it’s very mellowly carbonated.

this is nice stuff, i don't know if it makes you fertile though (beer tends not to exhibit that trait), despite the fact that the label depicts demeter, goddess of spring and fertility. the brewer describes it as having a flowery aroma, it has a flowery taste too, though not on the scale of badger's petal laden golden glory. light coloured, clear, tasty, good solid bottle of drinkingness. beer!
