Enjoyed a month ago at the Hull Pub, pouring a dark brown colour with not much head, but a little ring left. Roasted and chocolate malts smell with hints of coconut and peanuts. Smooth, but light sticky mouthfeel with enough dryness, bitterness lingering. Taste of both malts, bitter alcoholic feel that builds and Bourbon blending well. A dryer, bitter Imperial Stout with less sweetness.
