Cola is one of the most recognizable flavours around. To make a beer that tasted like cola, we could have used a syrup from a famous brand, but then we wouldn’t have learned about loomi (dried black lime), neroli (orange blossom), or cassia (cinnamon) in the process. Kola nuts, fresh ginger, anise & nutmeg, plus vanilla bean, orange, lemon, and lime were used to achieve the final flavour. Zero artificial flavours or syrups added, so don’t expect a replica here. This is a jaunt back to the origins of cola and has a very natural, herbal flavour.
