Opaque golden yellow, small white foam ring. Light citrus aroma and taste, quite fresh in mouth though. Typical witbier, but not outspoken. (Cagliari 201511)

Sampled 9/18/2009. This Belgian Wit pours a medium orange gold color from a 375ml bottle. Large sized foamy white head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, sweet and spicy. A medium bodied Belgian Wit. The malts are fruity and sweet. Touch of coriander and orange peel. The hops are floral and spicy. Light and refreshing. Nice crisp and dry finish. Perhaps a touch of pepper at the finish as well. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
