Pastry Imperial Stout. This Imperial Stout is conditioned on Cocoa Nibs from local chocolatier - Chocosol, Madagascar vanilla beans, cold coffee brew from Propeller and Fresh roasted pecans. This beer has a dark chocolate nutty finish with a vanilla sweetness and a floral immersion from the cold brew.

375ml brown heavy bottle that pours a dark brown colour with very little highlights. The head is mocha coloured and leaving some soft traces of lacing. Cacao powder aromas with a blend of sweeter chocolate that comes out with time. Hints of nuttiness and molasses. The vanilla sweetens the taste a bit, and the coffee is felt. Light cacao lingers on the tongue. Enough hops to cut the over sweetness. Still, rich enough to be a nice dessert beer, but good it is not a 500ml bottle..
