Nazionale - birra italiana. La prima birra 100 % italiana ottenuta da materie prime solamente italiane, cosi da produrre questa birra volutamente semplice dove le materie prime si incontrano in modo armonico e originale. Una birra che non mancherà di trovare estimatori e che spingerà ad accostamenti ed abbinamenti più o meno arditi ma che oggi rappresenta " in primis " un punto di svolta nella produzione italiana della birra artigianale. 750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, huge white head. Very yeasty and very spicy aroma, strong notes of coriander and cloves. Very dry flavour, very yeasty and very spicy again. As I am not Italian, Teo Musso & Co. will have to forgive me for not being emotional about all ingredients being Italian home grown. A drinkable beer of course, just not Baladin’s best.

Opaque golden yellow, big lacing White foam head. Heavy aroma, koriander. Likewise taste. Good beer Italian craft beer to have with pizza. (Manchester 201501)
