    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle. Poured a lazy gushing and unfiltered amber-orange coloured Belgian Ale with a good two fingers slight beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. Many floating sediments. The aroma is yeasty, sweety malts and sourish fruits, green apples. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, bready, sourish fruits, green apples and spicy with late emerging pepper. The mouthfeel is sparkling, quite thin and a watery texture. This light bodied Belgian Ale has a dry sourish fruits finish and a peppery aftertaste. A pleasant and tasting Belgian Ale from a tiny brewery located close to the Mont Saint-Michel.
