The key to appreciating a true strong bitter: A balance that you’ll savor. Our pronounced hop usage has been compensated with smooth malt perfectly. Presenting our inaugural brew, with hints of its English roots and a whole lotta Minnesota depth to explore.

Hazy reddish copper body with a long lasting khaki head. Old library books and pears are the dominant smells. Notes of ginger are present. Metallic notes are up front with oranges and oxidized old paper. I get a little bit of black tea along with hard strawberry candy in the finish. A nice ESB.

Light amber, faintly hazy pour with a minimal head. Aroma and taste both have subtle vegetable notes to accompany some nuts, bread and spicy yeast. The spice and spritzy carbonation almost make this seem more saison-like. My first beer from this brewery and really just average.
