Taking cues from old English and Irish Stouts, two brothers from the Land of 10,000 Lakes landed on their own perfect brew. The reveal? A sweet, malty roast that hints of coffee, caramel and chocolate—and finishes off clean with touches of Cascade hops.

Pours a non-transparent black with a massive 5 finger head that goes away fairly slow. Fair amount of carbonation. Aroma is strong of roasted malts, caramel, and toffee. Taste is very strong of roasted malts and hops with hints of caramel and chocolate. Coffee bitterness at the tail end with a dry aftertaste. Not half bad, may have again..
