Dandelion has been treasured for centuries for its herbal qualities and in this light, golden organic ale, it combines with floral hop notes to give it a delightfully grassy hedgerow aroma, as well as adding a hint of sweetness to balance the natural bitterness of the hops. A fine and dandy match with a rack of organic lamb.

Clear orange, touch of head, typical badger. Quite nice colour really. As I typed out the brewers description off the bottle I thought.... one really run on sentence. Smells and tastes of a generic brit/camra ale. Some bread, with some light spring flowers, a touch of skunk and a bit of wood and salt. Not that impressive. Went outside and at a dandelion from the garden, this beer is better, but the resemblance is none.
