Produced entirely with just 4 malts that have been smoked of 4 different woods - Beechwood, Cherrywood, Manuka & Mesquite. We have used a re-iterated mash process with a 2.5 hour boil to create a beer of incredible depth & length on flavour, best described as liquid bacon jerky.
