Comes out of the can a clear, bright, bubbly solar yellow with a thick and rather persistent snow-white head. Crisp, malty aroma has a sweet and fruity overtone, mainly pear. Flavor is crisp and malty with a grassy hoppy undertone and more than a hint of fruit. Smooth texture has good body and a fine fizz. A satisfying pilsner.

Pours a translucent yellow color with a small white head that falls quickly to a thin skin on the glass with little lacing. The aroma is a nice amount of hops and a little grassy and citrusy on the hops with a clean lager yeast. A slight amount of buiscuity aroma is in there as well. The taste is a nice mild amount of hops with a little malt sweetness and a light clean lagery finish. The mouthfeel is well carbonated.

A cloudy yellow color with a white head. Aroma contains some grass, lemons, and hay. The flavor is bitter with some lemons, herbal notes, and oranges. Aftertaste is crisp yes crisp. Overall pretty good session beer.

A mighty fine pils offered in a can. Straw yellow, clear body with a fizzy white head and ample lacing. Spicy noble hops and dry grassy malt with a touch of dough. Crisp, light and wonderful on the palate. A true quencher.

This is an overhopped pilsener. Almost like the brewer wanted to make a lagered IPA. Pours a clear gold colour, but the hops are a bit much. Crisp flavour, just too bitter.

Last brew @ the Saucer, thanks Jake .. . Pours a vibrant gold yellow, great foamski's .. . brilliant hop crispness, like a good pils should have - light grain, korn flakes, light floral and delicate hop bite- very well made!! .. . i see a pool and cans of this everywhere.. .. Every day, the hummingbird eats its own weight in food. You may wonder how it weighs the food. It doesn't. It just eats another hummingbird.

A pale yellow colored beer with a big frothy textured, white head rising above. There's pretty good hang time on this one. Settles eventually into a thick ringlet and clingly splotches of film. Quite impressive in the head. The nose and tasting are bready and grassy. A light, crisp bodied beer. Really pretty good.

i definitely am a fan of noble hopped pilsners. this is a touch shy of sammy noble in that it is slightly more herbal and thinner. but the flavir and aroma of grassy hops and crisp maltiness are nice.

It pours yellow with thick white-head and copious lacing. An aroma of barley malts, hops, lemony-citrus, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of barley malts, hops, lemon-citrus, some grassiness, light pepper, bitterness, and some spiciness. Excellent, well-rounded pilsner.

12oz can. Immediately starts overflowing when opened. It pours a clear straw yellow with a huge fluffy white head that retains fairly well and laces the glass.
The aroma is subdued - sweet earthy malts and grassy / floral hops.
The flavor is sweet, slightly vegetal, malts with a little honey and fruit followed by a big grassy / floral bitterness that lingers in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, not bad for a pils. It's probably the hoppiest pilsener I've had. I like all the hops and the lower alcohol - could make for a nice session beer.
