Pours hazy but still a little transparent apricot with a thick though not long-lasting ivory head. Aroma features raw malt, tart and slightly sweet strawberry, rhubarb, some sour funkiness. Flavor provides sharply tart strawberry with a little berry sweetness, zesty rhubarb, raw malt, a subtle sour undertone. Texture delivers good smooth body and peppy fizz. Put this jelly in your belly.
